FAQ
How do we pay?
Today you pay the restaurant on delivery, or – for planned catering – the restaurant invoices your company directly. Card payment and one monthly Eatzino invoice for company accounts are in preparation.
Is there a minimum order?
Each restaurant sets its own minimum for delivery. For catering we tell you about any minimum in the proposal, before you commit.
How far ahead do we need to order?
Group orders can be placed for today. For catering we recommend at least two working days, more for large events.
Where is Eatzino for Work available?
Wherever restaurants on Eatzino deliver. Send us your address and we tell you which restaurants can serve your office.
Can people with allergies order safely?
Dishes show allergens and diet labels where the restaurant has declared them. For catering, list the needs in your request and we confirm them with the restaurant.
Does it cost our company anything?
No. Eatzino for Work has no fee for companies – you pay the restaurant's menu prices.
