Do you really take no commission?
Yes. You receive the full food price on every order, on every channel. You pay one fixed monthly price and nothing per order.
Can I stay on other delivery platforms?
Yes, and most restaurants do at first. Eatzino becomes your commission-free channel, and you move regulars over step by step – with the flyer in the bag, the QR code on the table and your own website.
How do guests pay?
Today cash on delivery, at pickup and at the counter. Online card payment is in preparation.
Who delivers the food?
Your own drivers with the Eatzino Driver app, or guests pick up. A shared driver network for restaurants without drivers is planned.
Do I need new hardware?
Usually not – the POS runs on an Android tablet, a Windows PC or in the browser. If you need a tablet or receipt printer, we recommend one and set it up.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. You see your orders, guests and reviews in your own account and can export them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly with four weeks' notice. We hand over your menu, customer list and order history.
